A Summer of Fundraisers!
Norton Hill
At the start of August, we were delighted to have been at Norton Hill Light Railway for another year.
This is always one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for us, and this year was no different. This was a fantastic event with so many stall holders and volunteers coming out to support us, as well as over 1000 people coming through the gates to enjoy a weekend of family fun supporting The Purfleet Trust.
This year, Norton Hill featured a tombola, BBQ, cake stall, craft stalls, fete games and, as always, the famous light railway train rides – all to help our work supporting people experiencing homelessness in our area!
We’d like to thank:

The Purfleet Pantry Summer Fun Day
Last week, we held the Purfleet Pantry Summer Fun Day at King Edward VII Academy, in collaboration with Greenyard Frozen and Fareshare.
This was another brilliant event for local families to enjoy, and we were joined by Rapid Relief Team’s BBQ, ice cream from Greenyard, players from King’s Lynn Town Football Club, Norfolk Police showcasing various equipment, family fete games and much more.
We’d like to give a huge thank you to Greenyard Frozen and Fareshare, who do so much to support our food poverty mission at the Purfleet Pantry.
Thanks for joining us this summer and helping to make a difference in our community!
