Our Values

We acknowledge that homelessness is something that can happen to anyone and we are committed to developing opportunities to work with our service users to improve their life chances.

We believe that everyone has the right to live in a decent, suitable and affordable home and should have access to services that support and enable them to live independently.

  • We recognise that we work in what can be a challenging environment.
  • We are committed to recruiting people who show compassion, integrity, commitment and tenacity.
  • Staff can feel confident that they will be supported to develop the skills and ability to work in the best interests of our clients.

Our Vision

We want everyone to be afforded access to to safe, secure housing and accommodation. We want to provide the tools for people to change their lives, through building new skills and confidence. We want to help build people up and transform them into the best version of themselves.

Finally, we want the public to be more aware of the issues surrounding homelessness and to give an opportunity for volunteers to get involved and make a change.

As we look to the future, we remain committed to our mission of ending homelessness in King’s Lynn and West Norfolk.

We know that there is still much work to be done, but we are confident that by working together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those we help.
