Street Link are funded by the Government as part of its commitment to end rough sleeping. Their aim is to offer the public a means to act when they see someone sleeping rough, and provide the first step someone can take to ensure people sleeping rough are connected to the local services and support available to them.
If you are an external agency and are looking to get in touch with us regarding a client or use of one of our services, please call us on 01553 767 829 to request a referral form.
