Our 2024 Workshops & Activities Schedule:
Men’s Group – Bringing men together through talking, getting vulnerable and sharing experiences. Examples of the topics covered include mind traps and negative thoughts, gratitude, pride and humility, feelings and coping mechanisms.
Football Sessions at Lynnsport – Join our football sessions to unite with others and enjoy a shred love of football! Open to all abilities.
Spin Class – Join Jason’s Spin Class in our gym to improve you physical and mental health and wellbeing!
Women’s Group – Bringing women together through talking, opening up and sharing experiences. Examples of the topics covered include self-compassion, setting goals, communication and assertiveness, boundaries and overcoming challenges.
Women’s Gym Group – Getting women together to get active, get moving and release stressors of day-to-day life in a friendly group setting.
Cooking with Sadie – Learn how to make healthy meals from scratch whilst learning all key nutrients needed to fuel your body, led by Sadie.
Swimming Group (every other Thursday at Alive St. James) – Join our swimming group to learn swimming skills and improve your fitness and endurance. Open to all abilities.
HIIT Class – Join Jason’s High Intensity Interval Training Class to improve your physical and mental health and wellbeing!
The Next Step Project: Job Club – Get started on the road to employment with bespoke CV writing tips and advice, job hunting and how to apply.
Cooking with Sadie: Get Involved (Every other Friday) – Join Sadie for a cook-a-long session where you’ll get stuck into preparing and cooking meals or healthy snacks yourself, all guided by Sadie’s expertise.
Walking for Wellbeing (Every other Friday) – Walking with nature in King’s Lynn and surrounding areas. Helping people with their wellbeing, to connect with others, get active and be more mindful.
