Greenyard’s Golf Day!
A team from Greenyard Frozen have held a golf day in support of The Purfleet Trust!
The team of 6 braved the rainy weather to tackle 36 holes at King’s Lynn Golf Club.
Greenyard’s golf fundraiser was the latest edition of support that they have given to the Purfleet. Throughout the year, Greenyard have provided a significant amount of frozen food to the Purfleet Pantry, that has been made available to the shop’s over 1000 members.
Laura Dixon, Greenyard’s Communication and Community Projects Manager said:
I am truly excited about the growing partnership between us and The Purfleet Trust, particularly supporting the Purfleet Pantry.
Our shared values and common goal of bringing healthy food to the community are truly inspiring. It’s fantastic to know that all donations from the golf day will directly contribute to the Purfleet Pantry’s new allotment project. There will be plenty of exploring on more ways to support this project in the future.
While it’s early days, we are already discussing several ideas for collaborating together.
