Last weekend we held our biggest fundraiser of the year, Norton Hill…
Last weekend we held Norton Hill – it was amazing! Norton Hill is the biggest event in Purfleet’s fundraising calendar and 2024’s edition was a fantastic weekend.
We’d like to give a huge thank you to all who attended and supported The Purfleet Trust. We managed to raise funds that will help our homelessness support services in the months to come. We were also able to spread the word of homelessness in West Norfolk, and why our work in the community is so important.
We’d like to mention how grateful we are to the owners of the Norton Hill site and railway, as well as the incredible support from stall holders and volunteers who supported us on the day. These include:
- Trinity Rotary Club of Kings Lynn, who helped organise and run stalls
- David Young, who performed live music across the weekend
- Rapid Relief Team, who provided a delicious BBQ
and stall holders:
- Snettisham Park Farm
- Glebe House School
- Specsavers Hardwick
- Claire & Shirley Payne
- Hair wraps by Philippa
- QEH King’s Lynn Charity
- Leah’s Little Faces
- Jim Boys Ice Cream
- RAF Association King’s Lynn & District
- P&K Training Services & Event Cover

A visit from The Mayor!
We were also delighted to welcome The Mayor of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, Councillor Paul Bland to Norton Hill. The Mayor took a tour of the event on Sunday.
