Keep Someone Warm This Winter
As the colder weather approaches, vulnerable people across King’s Lynn and West Norfolk are bracing for challenges of staying warm, feeding their families, and finding a safe place to call home. We need your support to make a real difference!
Between 12th-19th October, we are appealing for men’s, children’s and women’s warm coats to be donated so that we can help provide them to people in need this winter.
We are delighted to launch this campaign alongside our good partners at Trinity Rotary Club King’s Lynn and Wrap Up UK, a programme which supports various winter coat campaigns around the country with the support of Hands On London. In 2024, Wrap Up UK collected and distributed 29,064 coats to local communities across the country.
We will be providing collection boxes to a number of generous local businesses around West Norfolk for their staff to donate, as well as boxes for public donations.

- Sainsbury’s Hardwick
- Your Local Paper/Lynn News, 17 Tuesday Market Pl (Monday-Friday)
We are looking for donations of men’s, women’s and children’s winter coats in good condition!
Local businesses Adrian Flux, Greenyard, Freebridge and East Coast Signs will also be doing collections for their staff!
Purfleet Trust have already seen benefit from the Wrap Up UK campaigns. A few years ago we received a donation from Wrap Up’s campaign in Norwich to support the Purfleet Pantry. These coats were given for free to adults and children in need in our community and were a huge help during the cold weather that winter.

Winter coats shouldn’t be a luxury, but sadly they often are. We want to make sure that no one goes cold this winter, and with your help, we can make that a reality.
